Be Careful How You Interpret The World – It Is Like That

If you’re anything like me, you have several different worlds within your “world”.  Wow, that’s deep for me, right?  haha!

But, to keep this relevant, let’s talk specifically about the world of training, fitness, health, nutrition, etc. AND… To be clear, I am NOT talking about only the “gym” or “health club” world, because if that’s where your training begins and ends each day, then no wonder you’re getting the results you’ve gotten. Just sayin.

Have you ever heard you are the average of the 5 people you hang around most? Well, it’s true… Physically, financially, mentally, etc etc…

So when was the last time you took inventory of the people you spend the most time with? Maybe they’re great people, but if they’re lazy unfit negative slobs, it’s not going to help you in the long run (except that you’ll always look amazing when with them. 😉 ).

Too much time with the wrong people will effect your attitude and performance.

I could ramble on even more about this, but I won’t. Just take a look at the fittest, healthiest, strongest people you know. AND THEN… Ask…

More often than not… Are they focusing on continual improvement?

Period!
